People have paid tribute to the late Avicii in many different ways since his apparent suicide back in April, with social media posts, remixes, live performances and more being dedicated to the Swedish artist.
A number of industry leaders have also come to speak on the issues of mental health since Avicii’s passing, including Pete Tong during IMS Ibiza and Sasha in a recent interview with BBC.
Now his family have offered fans and peers a chance to pay their respects on a public digital memorial. Avicii’s website, which was previously used to share news of music or touring announcements has been completely transformed.
Titled as ‘The Avicii Memory Board’ the webpage reads “Tim created music that brought people together with timeless memories from all over the world. We created this space so you could share your memories with us and let the world know what Avicii meant to you. His music and your memories are forever.”
For anyone who would like to pay their respects or read the words of others, you can find the memorial here.
