Starting on November 3rd, the Manchester International Festival will see a ton of refreshing and forward thinking events take place, one of the most exciting is their collaboration with popular event promoters The Warehouse Project.
Together WHP and MFI will deliver ‘Special Edition’ a string of four shows across five nights, taking place in Manchester’s Mayfield, a former railway station and postal depot. The line up which was curated in part by BBC Radio 6 host Mary Anne Hobbs will include Belfast stars Bicep, British electronic wizard Bonobo, burst out Grime talent Bugsy Malone and Sweden’s Fever Ray.
Special Edition will be part of a number of events that will lead to the opening of The Factory, a new creative arts space being developed in the heart of Manchester by Manchester International Festival.
