Since it’s birth as a government protest from students in 2000, EXIT Festival has brought together over 2.5 million people, with attendance ranging from 150,000-250,000 every year. Headliners have included The Prodigy, Liam Gallagher, Jeff Mills, Grace Jones, Solomun, Carl Craig and dozens of other genre topping acts.
Of course with success, comes opportunity, and the EXIT team are adding a sixth festival to the family, No Sleep Festival. Following the ‘zero edition’ which took place at Serbia’s Petrovaradin Fortress in 2017 to a crowd of 20,000 people and to the sounds of Paula Temple, Jeff Mills and Ellen Allien, No Sleep Festival will now be an independent gathering in its own right.
From November 16th to November 18th, Belgrade will host a number of afterparties, day time parties, workshops and panel discussions across multiple venues and creative spaces, with the main party gathering everyone together at the cities New Hanger.
Currently трип boss Nina Kraviz, Dax J and emerging techno talent I Hate Models have been confirmed to play at the festival, with more names expecting to be announced soon.
