British festival Glastonbury has become one of the most impressive gatherings of the arts in the past few decades, attracting crowds in the range of 150,000 people some years.
The festival didn’t take place this year, with organisers taking a ‘fallow’ year to let the grounds and local farms recover from years of litter and busy feet.
This past Sunday tickets for the 2019 festival went on sale, and sold out in just 37 minutes. What makes it even more shocking is that Glastonbury 2019 has not even had a line up announcement. It will take place June 26th to June 30th in Somerset, England.
Past headliners for the festival have included Radiohead, Coldplay, Kanye West, U2, Gorillaz and other top international acts. Rumour has been heard that Sir Paul McCartney will be amongst the headline acts for the 2019 edition.
For those who hesitated and missed out on tickets, any returned tickets will go on sale again in April 2019, so you could still be in with a chance to attend.
