The current pandemic has effected us all, though none more so than the frontline health workers around the world, responsible for fighting COVID-19 on a daily basis, not only saving lives, but putting the lives of themselves and their families at risk. Though from the fire, the phoenix will rise, and over the past weeks and months we have seen selfless acts of kindness by many, whether it’s donating money, crafting homemade PPE, or just offering words of support, the majority of people have
tried to do their bit to help. Earlier this month, CARE4LIFE released a various artists album which consolidates 45 excellent productions from some of the biggest names in UK music, from the commercially successful to the underground icons, the album brings works from Groove Armada, The Chemical Brothers, Jamie Jones, Maya Jane Coles, Patrick Topping, Pete Tong, Jordan, Hammer, Archie Hamilton, Jaden Thompson, Big Miz, Lauren Lo Sung and a bunch of others, CARE4LIFE’s VA dips its toe in deep house, tech house, electronica, drum&bass, techno and ambient. 100% of the proceeds from the album will go to the UK-based foundation NHS Charities Together, it is available on 12”, as a digital release and on all major streaming platforms. Speaking on the album release, NHS Charities Together Chief Executive Ellie Orton said: “This is a really lovely way to help raise much needed funds for support now and during the recovery from COVID-19.
