California born artist Lane 8, and British talent George Fitzgerald are definitely two names that are considered to be a cut above your usual dance music producer. And now they’re both on the same track title.
Albeit not an original collaboration, with the American remixing Fitzgerald’s Burn, a track that was included on his second long player, All That Must Be, which came out earlier this year via Domino.
Anyone who follows the sound of Lane 8 will know that he is somewhat of a veteran when it comes to rearranging and building upon existing tracks. With his remix resume including the likes of Above & Beyond, Deadmau5, RUFUS, Eric Prydz and Odesza, he has become a go to for some of the biggest names in dance music.
Coming via Anjunadeep, his edit of Burns will see Lane 8 release two different remixes, a Club Mix and a Morning Mix. The Morning Mix will offer soft piano keys, pitched vocals and relaxing atmospherics, while the Club Mix will expectedly deliver a driving energy and uplifting build ups.
