Legendary instrument maker Roland have announced software versions of the iconic TR-808 and TR-909 drum machines. While both have been emulated many times unofficially, this will be the first time Roland have released standalone versions themselves.
The two VSTs will be available to users of Roland Cloud, a subscription service from Roland that gives access to a library of instruments that currently includes SH-101, Juno-106 and Jupiter-8.
Roland Cloud subscriptions begins are £18.95 / $19.95 per month.
