Ava London 2025 Press Select

Last week, AVA London confirmed its final programme for September 24-26, bringing three days of music, visual art, industry discussion and nighttime events to the British Library and venues around the city.

Moby, Oklou, The Avalanches, FLOHIO, Jamz Supernova, Fabio & Grooverider, Footsie, Shy One, ELKKA, Sama’ Abdulhadi and Tim & Barry are among the artists taking part.

The artist lineup is an obvious part of the pull for the iconic festival, but that’s really only half the story.

This year’s conference programme also gives artists, managers, label teams and promoters direct access to senior figures from YMU, Atlantic Records UK, Broadwick Live, Bandcamp, Ableton, Beatport, Domino, PRS for Music, CTM Festival and several international arts organisations.

AVA Expands Its Industry Programme

The Game Changers will bring together YMU CEO Mary Bekhait, Atlantic Records UK Marketing Director and Head of Label Operations Anya Du Sauzay, Broadwick Live Director of Live Operations Sam Spencer and DooRooDooRoo Artist Company Chief Business Officer Finn Sohn. Their conversation will get into the details of influence, investment and the next phase of growth in music and entertainment.

The Association for Electronic Music will return with three discussions covering leadership, skills and electronic music’s future. Building the Next Generation of Promoters will feature Eastern Margins founder David Zhou, CTM Festival Artistic Director Remco Schuurbiers, Boudica founder Samantha Togni and HE.SHE.THEY co-founder Steven Braines.

MusicFutures will present The Future of Music Licensing in Gaming, with representatives from Truelove Music Publishing, Synchronicity Music and PRS for Music joining composer Richard Jacques. PRS will also host The Business of Publishing, while Nothing will examine music’s relationship with brands, influence and investment.

Elsewhere, Palestinian DJ, producer and cultural activist Sama’ Abdulhadi will appear in conversation with a special guest. Elijah, co-founder of Butterz and the artist behind Yellow Squares, will lead a grant funding workshop for artists and creative professionals. Additional events will cover TELETECH’s international touring operation, cultural brand partnerships, music supply chains and live production.

AVA is also placing greater emphasis on direct professional access.

Meet The Experts will offer curated one-to-one business meetings, while three application-only forums will focus on clubs, festivals and artist management. Delegates can contact other attendees before the event using the AVA conference app, with networking mixers scheduled during the conference.
