deadmau5 has always had a reputation as being a strong advocate for quality when it comes to production, often being overly vocal with his criticism of others music. The Canadian even has his own music software company with long time friend and fellow music nerd Steve Duda – Xfer Records.
Now the mau5’s own label Mau5trap are teaming up with Splice, a subscription based sample store which give users access to over 2 million loops, samples, synth patches and project files for $7.99/month.
The pack is a collaboration between several Mau5trap artists, including Attlas, Matt Lange, No Mana, Rinzen, BlackGummy and Monstergetdown. It will include 31 audio loops and 219 one shots, focusing on EDM, techno, electro, house and glitchhop.
