Parklife tickets have been flying out since the line up was made public, with eager fans anxious to see N*E*R*D, The xx, Skepta, Sampha and loads more, one act also appearing is Liam Gallagher, who has caused a bit of fun around the topic of peeling spuds.
The joke came about after Noel Gallagher performed on Jools Holland with an accompanying ‘scissors player’, Liam then invited a fan on stage a few days later to peel a potato, taunting his brother. This has led to fans asking Parklife if they’re free to bring a potato peeler along to the festival.
Parklife founder Sacha Lord-Marchionne said: “We’ve been so blown away by this week’s launch and the demand for tickets, but even more blown away at how many people have asked to bring in potato peelers for Liam’s main stage performance!”
