London electronic music hub Printworks have announced their ongoing plans for a second 3,000 capacity venue in the same building as the current space. The currently unnamed venue is set to kick off on 23rd March with British band Django Django.
Throughout the week live music will be hosted with the weekends kept free for all things rave. Printworks own season is also scheduled from 3rd March with Kerri Chandler, Lindstrøm and Job Jobse set to play.
In a harsh climate for nightclubs, it’s a good thing to see new venues coming to life, and shows the apparent success of former newspaper factory Printworks, this isn’t the only newspaper building which saw conversion in recent times, with Belfast’s Telegraph Building also now converted to a music space.
