Are Creamfields paying tribute to Avicii with a 40-piece orchestra?

One of UK’s biggest dance line ups of the year is soon to return once again, August 23rd through August 26th will see four days of music from names like Above & Beyond, Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, Tiesto, Sasha, John Digweed, Pete Tong, Dusky, Groove Armada, Maya Jane Coles, Loco Dice, Fatboy Slim, Faithless and dozens more.

The Creamfields crew have just announced a collaborative performance with a 40-piece Kaleidoscope Orchestra, in a social media post they added: “Creamfields presents a very special debut performance from the 40 piece Kaleidoscope Orchestra, delivering an unmissable set featuring some of the biggest dance tracks like you’ve never heard them before including a special homage to honour one of dance music’s biggest talents.”

The special homage could hopefully be a heartfelt tribute to the late Avicii, as no doubt a live orchestral performance of Bromance, Levels and Wake Me Up would be the perfect appreciation for the Swedish DJ and producer who was unfortunately found dead earlier this year.

Four day tickets for Creamfields are currently priced £240+BF, with many other ticket tiers available, find all the relevant information here.
