Canada’s biggest dance producer Deadmau5 recently confirmed his wishes to score for a feature film, and now he’s getting exactly what he wants.
He will score the entire original sound track for forthcoming movie Polar, directed by Swedish director Jonas Akerlund and is inspired by the action noir comic book of the same title which was written by Victor Santos.
The plot of the comic is based upon former international assassin ‘The Black Kaiser’ goes into retirement when his former organisation puts a hit out on him.
Starring Mads Mikkelsen, Vanessa Hudgens of High School Musical fame, Katheryn Winnick and Matt Lucas, Polar will be distributed by Netflix worldwide apart from in Canada, Germany and China where it will be handled by Constantin Film.
