Native Instruments have announced a ton of new software

German music technology leader Native Instruments have announced one of the biggest updates to their studio line up in quite a while.

Perhaps the biggest news comes in the form of a brand new version of the Massive synthesizer, the companies most popular VST.

Massive X, features a brand new user-interface and a next-gen sound engine, which brings a whole new world of possible sounds. For fans of the original version, you need not worry, as Massive X will release as an independent product alongside the current version.

NI’s industry standard sampling software Kontakt will also see brand news instruments and effects, with sound packs such as Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth and Hybrid Keys alongside brand new delay and reverb effects, and a new Wah-Wah effect.

Massive X will release in February 2019, with all users of Komplete 12 getting it for free via Native Access.
