The BPM Festival have revealed Phase 1 of the second edition of their Portugal festival this year. Taking place in Portugal’s Portimao & Lagao from September 20th through September 23rd, the four day event will host the return of Art Department, Carl Craig, Loco Dice and more, as well as the festival debut for the likes of Marco Carola and Nicole Moudaber.
